Rachel Gorini
President
Rachel Gorini is a dedicated industry leader serving as Chapter President for The WICT Network Northern California and Secretary for SCTE Golden Gate, where she also acts as a liaison to The WICT Network chapter. With extensive experience in construction and telecommunications project management, Rachel brings strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for community-building to every role she leads.
As President of The WICT Network Northern California, Rachel is committed to advancing women in media, entertainment, and technology. She champions leadership development, meaningful member engagement, and transformative programming that supports women at every stage of their careers. Her leadership centers on mentorship, collaboration, and creating pathways for emerging female professionals to thrive.
In her role as SCTE Golden Gate Secretary, Rachel strengthens communication and coordination across the broadband and telecommunications community. Serving as a liaison between SCTE and The WICT Network, she fosters cross‑chapter partnership, supports shared initiatives, and helps align both organizations around technical excellence, professional development, and inclusive industry growth.
Rachel is recognized for her ability to bring people together, inspire teams, and build programs that create lasting impact. Her commitment to service and her passion for empowering others continue to elevate both chapters and the broader telecommunications community.
Outside of work and chapter responsibilities, Rachel can usually be found experimenting in the kitchen creating delicious meals or crafting—whether she's at her sewing machine or working on her latest crochet project.
Keisha Jackson
Vice President
I'm Keisha Jackson an award-winning leader with a story rooted in resilience. I went from being a homeless teenaged-mother to a Tech Ops Manager at a Fortune 50 company, and my journey has been anything but ordinary. With over 18 years in Technical Communications, I’ve built my career in a male-dominated field by leading with authenticity, agility, and heart. Since 2010, I’ve been an active member of WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications), and I credit the organization with playing a pivotal role in my professional growth. WICT gave me the tools, confidence, and network I needed to thrive and to keep breaking barriers for women in Technical Operations. In addition to my core role, I serve as the Co-Lead for BEN (Black Employee Network) and the Events Lead for MyAbilities, where I champion inclusion and accessibility. I’m especially proud to have helped create Powered by Inclusion: Beyond Appearances—a recurring event series that amplifies the stories of those living with invisible disabilities. I lead with purpose, and I’m passionate about helping others rise, just as so many helped me.

Angela Cirillo
Director of Communications
Angela Cirillo is a public relations specialist serving as Communications Director for WICT in Northern California. Angela has experience working with nonprofits all over the bay area showcasing their excellence, service, and commitment to communities. She has 20 years of experience under the XOC team at Comcast which focuses on planning, coordination, safety, and execution of maintenance or repair work during scheduled or forced outages.
With a passion for storytelling, strategy, and authentic connection, Angela is dedicated to building strong brand reputations and fostering meaningful media relationships. She specializes in crafting compelling narratives that align with brand values and resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms.
Angela is new on the board for WICT and is excited to bring people together, have some fun, learn from others, and build long lasting relationships within the telecommunications umbrella.
When not working, Angela enjoys thrifting, antique stores, art museums, and weekend retreats. She loves her jeep and goes camping as much as possible. The California sunshine never disappoints
